Shipping Fees Calculation:

► Home Delivery: Shipping fee is NT$60. For orders over NT$1,299, the system will automatically apply free shipping.
► Convenience Store Pickup: Shipping fee is NT$60. For orders over NT$699, the system will automatically apply free shipping.
Delivery Methods & Estimated Shipping Days:
Convenience store pickups have size restrictions. Orders exceeding the volume limit will be shipped via home delivery. If there are any issues with your order delivery, we will notify you within 2 business days after the system receives your order.
► Home Delivery: Hsinchu Logistics (for Taiwan mainland only)
Delivery time: 2-3 days
Applicable areas: Taiwan mainland
No delivery on Saturdays and Sundays; delays may occur during public holidays or typhoons.
► Convenience Store Pickup: 7-11, FamilyMart (for Taiwan mainland and outlying islands convenience store locations)

Payment Methods:
- Credit Card: Payments are processed through a 3D secure encryption mechanism to protect your personal data.
- Convenience Store (7-11, FamilyMart) Cash on Delivery: Pay upon pickup at the convenience store.
- Electronic Payments (LINE PAY, APPLE PAY, Jko Pay): Payment must be completed and confirmed immediately; otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.
Shipping Details:
- Orders will be shipped approximately 2-3 business days after the order date (excluding the day of ordering), not including holidays.
- Delivery times are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. No delivery on weekends.
- During peak seasons or due to unforeseen natural disasters, shipping may be delayed.
- For [Home Delivery]: Actual delivery times depend on the delivery driver's route.
- For [Convenience Store Pickup]: Please be aware of the arrival notification message and pick up your order within X days after it arrives. Failure to pick up without valid reason will result in shipping costs being borne by the customer.
Invoice Issuance:
- Electronic Invoice (Cloud Invoice): The electronic invoice will be stored in our member's account. It will be automatically issued within 12 hours after payment and sent directly to your email. If you win a prize, the invoice will be printed and sent to you by registered mail.
