1. Member Registration and Obligations

If a member uses the Service to infringe on others' rights or engage in illegal activities, the member shall bear all legal responsibilities. BUFFUP , upon becoming aware, will immediately revoke the membership, permanently ban the member from using the Service, and seek compensation for all damages suffered, including but not limited to reputational damage, litigation costs, legal fees, etc.
3. Transaction Notices
According to consumer protection laws, a seven-day cooling-off period (note that this is not a trial period) applies after receiving goods or services. However, this does not apply to discounted goods provided for specific reasons or goods where the seven-day cooling-off period is explicitly stated as not applicable. - In case of unexpected failures of electronic communication equipment, machines, servers, etc.
